A Weekend in Bed

Don't worry, this isn't going to be an erotic story, although I wish it were- that would be much more enjoyable.
How does one decide that it's okay to sleep all day and lay in bed watching lifetime movies?
You get a cold in which your whole body aches and your throat is sore and you can't do anything without sniffling every 3 seconds. How do you get this cold? You get locked in a storage room for about 8 hours where it is damp dusty and dank after a week of not sleeping and stressing over a job you already thought you had but the guy training you kept hinting that you did not have. Then after your night in the stock room you stress about this job until 5 in the morning at which point you pass out... great.
I hate being sick. It makes me whiny and grumpy but I gotta say it was nice to have a weekend in. I watched nonstop lifetime holiday movies, had soup and lots and lots of tea. Cleaned my room, read a little and may have come up with the plot to a movie I may actually finish writing at some point. So all in all it was a good weekend as long as I feel better tomorrow and won't have issues getting to both jobs and my internship this week.
